Douglas Boxer, MD

Dr. Boxer is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed an internal medicine internship at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston and a residency in diagnostic radiology at Montefiore Medical Center and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He has subspecialty training in abdominal and cross-sectional imaging, having completed a two-year fellowship at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Boxer is certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He has held clinical appointments at Tufts University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts as well as at local facilities including Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway. Dr. Boxer has been recognized by his peers multiple times as one of New Jersey’s “Top Docs” in New Jersey Monthly magazine, most recently in 2018.
